Current Problems:

It sometimes generates multiple messages

 chore: update config.yaml

 This commit updates the author list in the config.yaml.

 feat: add abstract to cover

 This commit adds an abstract to the cover section of the config.yaml file that describes the 
 `turbocommit` tool. The abstract highlights the benefits of using `turbocommit` to generate conventional 
 commit messages and provides an overview of the paper.
