Adds simple inclusive JJ ranges with one confirmation or -y, concurrent per-revision generation and rewrite, accessible truecolor revision blocks, buffered debug/context output, and isolated normal API/diff/rewrite/debug-file errors.

Validation: cargo test --quiet -- --test-threads=1 (48 passed); git diff --check.

Verification limitation: no jj executable was available, so live JJ range/rewrite integration could not be run. Panic isolation and end-to-end mock API/JJ scenarios remain unverified.
